After being dropped from Immortals
amongst drama due to his behaviour on Twitter, some of his team forced their way out also in order to stay with Vito "kNg" Giuseppe
. Finally they found a home at 100 Thieves
, however they ended up missing the Major due to visa issues.
However, after an extremely short stay with the organisation, backed by the Cleveland Cavaliers and run by Nadeshot, Giuseppe has been released due to inappropriate conduct on social media once more. The news was made official on the 100 Thieves twitter with the following statement.
January 25, 2018100 Thieves
"An Update on kNg & CS:GO
When we first spoke with kNg (and the other players), we stressed the importance of maintaining a high standard of behaviour both publicly and privately. We trusted kNg to be a positive representative of 100 Thieves, our fans, and our partners.
The offensive and inappropriate language that was used last Sunday by kNg has no place in this organization. As a result, kNg has been released from 100 Thieves. Our team is still working with the other players to determine what our future in CS:GO looks like. Moving forward, we will continue to strive towards promoting an inclusive and tolerant esports community."
As of yet, it is unclear whether his teammates will choose to stick by him once more, and if they stay with the organisation who their new fifth will be.
The current 100 Thieves roster looks like this:
