DreamHack Masters Las Vegas was the last event for Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi under the NiP banner. With William "draken" Sundin shortly after filling his shoes, Mourujärvi was left aside for a greater period placing his career on hold.
Eager to play, he sought his luck in mix-teams as he found himself playing together with some recognizable names like Faruk "pita" Pita and Maikel "Maikelele" Bill.
Accompanied by the infamous Joel "emilio" Mako and three Godsent players, with Markus "pronax" Wallsten being one of them, Mourujärvi obtained a second place finish at Copenhagen Games earlier this year. Adding up towards a total of over 40 top 3 finishes throughout his career.
The gatherings of previously mentioned players perhaps gave a reason for Godsent to call Mourujärvi as a stand-in. Fortunately, Mourujärvi has now received an opportunity in Godsent as he released the following statement:
"I'm happy to get the chance to play with a team like GODSENT here in Atlanta. I've missed competing and I've been pretty inactive lately focusing on other stuff in life so I'm super hungry to come here with the boys and try to claim the title."
The complete Godsent lineup for DreamHack Astro Open Atlanta can be seen below.
Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi (stand-in)
