The European minor tournament is organized by PGL in Bucharest, Romania this weekend. One of the eight teams attending is Epsilon, who will be playing the tournament with a stand-in. Due to Joakim "disco doplan" Gidetun being acquired by Fnatic
, and therefore isn't eligible to play the EU minor with Epsilon if he wishes to compete in the upcoming major with Fnatic, Epsilon have called to the Norwegian Karl-William "kalle" Haraldsen for a last-minute stand-in.
Haraldsen has a relatively successful history with Counter-Strike, as he played for hte top team ESC Gaming and RAGE with players like Markus "pronax" Wallsten, Andreas "MODDII" Fridh and André "BARBARR" Möller towards the end of Counter-Strike 1.6. The latter is also a part of Epsilon at the moment. The Norwegian has also some merits in CS:GO, as he won Ownit CS:GO Challenge at Inferno Online in Stockholm with his primary team, ArchAngels, a couple of weeks ago.
